CD/AD/BD Desiccant Air Dryers

 These dryers provide you with the clean, dry air you need to extend the life of your equipment and ensure the quality of your end product. All air dryers incorporate unique, patented technology and energy-saving options.

They are available:

  • in a range of sizes
  • with a pressure dewpoint as low as -40°C/-40°F
  • from 360 to 1600 l/s
  • in an IP54 protected cubicle

Simple Reliability

Dry air from the outlet of the drying tower is expanded to atmospheric pressure and sent through the saturated desiccant,
forcing the adsorbed moisture out. After desorption, the blow-off valve is closed and the vessel is re-pressurized.

High Reliability and Reduced Energy Costs

Dry air from the outlet of the drying tower is expanded to atmospheric pressure and sent over the heater. The heated air is then sent through the saturated desiccant forcing the adsorbed moisture out, from top to bottom.

Industrial Performance

The blower takes ambient air and blows it over the external heater. The heated air is then sent through the saturated desiccant,
forcing the adsorbed moisture out, from top to bottom.
